Moonlight Way

Dean and Castiel from Supernatural. Variation on a recent cover for a Fanfic (hence the wide expanse of sky above them for the title), painted for a Fic and Art challenge. Beta by Ashlan, Mischief5 and steammmpunk.

Dean is feeling a little angsty while talking about his time in Hell. Castiel doesn't quite know what to do in response.

Artistically, I wanted to try painting with colours suggesting moonlight, which meant purples and steel-blues for skintones, and turquoise hair. I think it works.
